These terms cover your use of furmyra.com.au and our store. By placing an order, you agree to them — we've kept it short and human.
Who we are
Furmyra is an Australian pet products business. You can reach us any time at furmyrapro@gmail.com.
Ordering
Placing an order = an offer to buy. We confirm by email once your payment goes through. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud — you'll get a full refund if that ever happens.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify's secure, encrypted processor. We never see or store your card details.
Shipping & delivery
Covered in our Shipping Policy — free over $50 AUD, 3–14 business days depending on your area.
Returns & refunds

Product information
We do our best to describe products accurately, including colours, sizes, and materials. Slight variations are normal — we'll always make it right if a product isn't as described.
Use of the site
Don't copy, resell, or use Furmyra branding without permission. All text, photos, and product designs on this site belong to Furmyra (or their respective owners) and are protected by Australian copyright law.
Liability
Our products are made for cats and dogs and tested for safety. That said, we can't take responsibility for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by failing to follow product instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in NSW courts.
