You have 30 days from delivery to return any Furmyra product for a full refund. No restocking fees. No hoops. No drama.
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong
Send us a quick photo within 30 days. We cover return shipping, and your replacement (or refund) is on its way within 24 hours.
Change of mind?
No problem. Return any unused, resaleable item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened catnip and used grooming brushes can only be returned if faulty — thanks for understanding.
How it works
- Email furmyrapro@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if it's faulty).
- We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and clear instructions.
- Drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
- Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receipt, straight back to your original payment method.
Need a different size?
Fastest path: return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way your new size ships immediately, no waiting on the warehouse swap.
